FAQ

FAQ

  • We start by determining the best strategy based on ideal outcomes and constraints. During the first phase, Discovery, we consult with you to shape a proposal that outlines a scope of work and deliverables tailored to your needs. We accept projects at all stages and scales, from as small as a custom part to an entire public art installation.

    Service Process:

    Phase 1: Discovery

    Phase 2: Design Development

    Phase 3: Production

    Phase 4: Installation / Decommissioning

  • During Phases 1 - 2 we bill hourly. We log our associates’ labor time, applicable vendor consulting costs, and material costs in an invoice billed at the end of each phase. This gives transparency into the service provided by our team and allows for flexibility in pursuing alternative or additional goals in each phase.

In Phase 3 we will have established a Production Budget and we charge a percentage of the overall projected costs. We will determine the appropriate vendors and third-party solutions to supplement our in-house capabilities and oversee budget within the agreed upon Scope of Work. Any additional requested work will be billed hourly.

  • Fill out the form on this page. If we can accomodate your project we will schedule a consulation session with you. You will need to share a packet of information called PROJECT RESOURCES with us before beginning Discovery, so it is helpful to start thinking about your ideal outcomes before the consultation.

  • PROJECT RESOURCE

This is what call a packet of information that best outlines the Project’s ideal deliverables, which contains the following:

    Reference Images

    Mood Board and Relevant Resources

    Materials and Fidelity

    Scale and Complexity

    Budget and Timeline
